Hi everyone, I have a SLC 150 and i need to download the program, but the problem is that i don't have the cable for making the connection from my lap top to the SLc 150. Could anyone halp me to built the cable???? |

| I believe the SLC150 uses a RS232 to RS485 convertor, there are suppliers for this if you cannot make your own, B&B for example. I also found this. Black Box Corp. Model 800 A or B Hookup to a SLC 100/150 Allen Bradley PLC. Allen Bradley connector Black Box Corp. connection pin 2 RXD- --------------- TXD+ pin 1 RXD+ --------------- TXD- pin 3 TXD- --------------- RXD+ pin 8 TXD+ --------------- RXD- pin 7 GROUND --------------- GROUND The connections are transposed on the Black Box Corp. end. The Txd+ goes to the Rxd- on the A-B Side. The Txd- goes to the Rxd+ on the A-B side. The Rxd- goes to the Txd+ on the A-B side. The Rxd+ goes to the Txd- on the A-B side. Al.
