Need Help!- Please identify this chip for me

Hi All

I would dearly like somebody to help me identify this chip. It is on a A quad B board in a 1394 Analogue sistem. I $@$#@$ the board by my own stupidity!!! Please don''t ask how, as I would be to ashame to tell. ANd now you also know that I do not know anything of electronics either.

I took the board to our electronic shops in town, and nobody knows what it is suppose to be or what it does (neither do I) the rest of the components on the board I can find as well as datasheets. THis chip however if I do search I get a bunch of telecomm chips. The chip in blue circle I wrote the number on it, the rest I believe would be visible. I really really appreciate your help.

My problem is that my lathe are currently down, and I have tons of work to get out (literally tons). If one of you knowleadgible guys can please help I'll greatly appreciate. If possible I need an answer in the next 8 hours, to be albe to buy the chips today for repairs. I reckon the chip would not be freely available anymore, if you could suggest a "common" substituate, I'll greatly appreciate.

The board appears to be a Allen Bradley product, these are notoriously proprietary products, I suspect that the IC in question is marked with a house number, if so you may be SOL.
Unless reverse engineering reveals more.

Hi AL

Yes, it is a AB system. To be exact 1394-SJ05B-A. I have read all the datasheets of the rest of the components, but my knoleadge is far to little to comprehend what this chip would do in the circuit. The board converts the resolver feedback to quadrature signals, which feeds my Camsoft the signals. I hoped that I was just to stupid to find the right part.
