Angry Hi I have one and it is giving me grey hairs.

Hi I have one and it is giving me grey hairs.

perhaps someone can advise me on the problems I am having.
Below is a brief description of my woes.
    Please help if you can.

Agie Charmilles Cut 30 P problems:
Auto wire thread works very seldom. When I intervene manually all I do is start the water jet, then pull back on wire and release. This usually fixes it on first attempt.
The error I get is that the wire is curved.
I also have found on a number of occasions that when I return to the machine the wire has wound itself of the rollers.
What is the story with 50 to 100 micron gap between the nozzles and the job?
Do many people use the cut 30 for cutting jobs where the nozzle gap cannot be maintained?
What about situations where the nozzle has to be 20mm or more away from the job? as in the attached image.
    Is this standard practice?
Also what about cutting jobs that have various thicknesses of material to cut through as in the drawing below
Will a different wire size or quality make much difference?

Hey! I canīt really help you with the agie Cut30p problems but maybe with other advices!
I know there are problems with auto wire thread at the versions Cut20/30p.
But donīt know why.On cut300(FI440cc) is the same thread system i seem and itīs very good!
Keep the ceramic guid below the wirebrake clean!
Just try some other brass wire producer.

    Various thickness like your image:
This happens often and is no problem to handle.Just choose the right technology. The technology database selects the
appropriate setting in according to the
    characteristics of the application.

Coated copper wire would be most rapid if your generator support these!
