Hello I am busy working with an Agie Charmilles EDM.We are using a new technology Direct Laser Metal Sintering.(DLMS).We are presently wiring through jobs that have a build structure which suuports the part during the building of the part. This turns to powder when cut by the wire and often breaks the wire due to the dust on it.Id be interested in hearing from anyone has had and overcome this problem.
