    Need help with thc

    Trying to set up new table, it is used and i have everything working but the thc, i i finally have it identified as a dynatorch technogon, i did not get any documentation with the table, contacted kioke and recieved all the manuals from them, hypertherm 1650 all downloadable but can anyone tell me how to set pierce heigth or plate to tip zero on the thc, when i send to cut, torch comes down fires, starts cut, then plows tip into part as cutting. Also thc seems to over travel on upside till bearings off track and hitting screw coupling. I dont think it should be going this high seems it has lost home point.

    Dynatorch is in Kentucky...they have thousands of cnc plasma tables in the field....and are very good at tech support. It would make the most sense to contact them directly...my experience is that they will be very helpful in getting your machine up to speed. here is the contact info....they are at Dynatorch

    Problems with thc

    Finally got with dynatorch, the message said they opened at 7 cst but it was 8 cst before they opened. I spoke with very nice gentleman in tech support, he reffered me to Leon Drake, said Leon was the man to talk to. Left him a message and waiting for call

    update

    Leon Drake just called me back, super guy, can't say enough good, sending me info via email on controller. He walked me through the workings of the unit over the phone, and how to use it and set it up, headed out to burn table now. Will post another update later today.
