Burny 2.8 controller parts

Does anyone have any parts for a Burny 2.8 controller?

I am using this controller on a plasma cutter and when the machine cuts in either just the y direction or just the x direction it cuts fine. When it needs to travel both in the x & y direction, like a miter is when the machine stutters and creates a jagged cut.

Also I used to be able to download from my pc to the controller at 2400 baud, but I had to set it to 1200 baud for the entire part to load.


Any ideas?

This could be as simple as the speed settings for the x axis and y axis are not matched. Run the Burny speed calibration routine and see if this helps. Unfortunately its been a long time since I used a Burny controller so I cant remember where to find it. I do have some parts for a Burny V though.
