Help dynamic plastic cnc THC

would like to know if any one can help me on my plasma table? I am running a dyna 4000 cnc plasma cutter with a hypertherm 1000 plasma. Running mach 3 I sent my DL200 out for updates when it cam back my THC will not work. I run the program as normal but it only drop down raise up to the set height than fire off, As it moves along it starts to raise up about an inch I then have to stop it. the dwell setting in mach 3 doesn't light up at all I have ck Dl200 and the THC is on also my codes to run plasma or mill are ok. not sure about the set up in the Dl 200 as far as torch voltage and off set never did have these , cutting 14gauge metal at 40 amps on the plasma and speed 135ipm the voltage on the thc is 75 I do not know if it is a mach 3 problem or DL200 problem. I then tried to run program without the thc ran fine for the first cut then every cut after that it starts to run but the plasma doesn't come on at 1st runs a little then starts up and cuts leaving a 1/4 inch not cut out at all does this on all remaining cuts If you start a new program does the same thing I am lost on this and am looking for any one that can help me thanks welldriller
