First time poster. I own a welding and repair shop, mostly farm equipment type work. I would like to build a cnc table for plasma cutting and torch use. My problem is I have no clue about cnc. The weld and fab part is not a problem. Machine shop with mill lathe etc is also on site.
I need to know what type motors, controlers power supplys etc. I will need.
I plan on making the table with 4 foot by 8 foot capacity.
In a nut shell if someone can point me to models brands etc of the electronics part, I can figure out the rest. Thanks Mike

Thanks I will give him a call. I hope to find a plug and dlay package that is affordable. Looked on ebay most of what I found is in china and I am not.
I am a proud owner of one of www.candcnc.com plaz-pak kits. & if I build again I'll use CandCNC again.
You might possibly get a bit of initial sticker shock at first glance. However if you take time to compare what you get in one of Tom's kits to components that are comparable in quality +all the wire, cabinet(s) etc. Then all the countless hours to connect, troubleshoot, figuring out what will & will not work together. His stuff is really a pretty good deal & about the only game in town as far as Plug-N-Play goes.
If it works.....Don't fix it!
