Mitutoyo Millstar II Control

Looking for information on this control. Its a 3 axis system on a 10x54 mill. The control and mill are in excellent to mint condition.
What are the limitations of this control and approximately what would the mill with this control be worth, bare machine no tooling.

Sorry, its a Mitutoyo Millstar III PC Based control running under WIN95. I don't find much on it. Anyone have any experience with it?
