BOB help needed

A router with servos on X & Y and stepper on the Z.
Mach3 and windows XP
What BOB should I use.
The machine currently has a problem of random triggering of limit switches while running a program. Many other solutions have failed to work. I thought that maybe a BOB and charge pump may be a solution
.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using Geckos. Wired up PP to Geckos to motors.A relay starts and stops the router spindle thru Mach. X & Y axis limits are shared limit & home. I have tried grounding at the control box. Cable are shielded.Current to the NC switches is 4.7 Volts
Turning off the limit switches in Mach allows the machine to run OK.

A point of interest,I work a second machine that has HobbyCNC board and steppers that never miss a beat unless I switch on a particular flouro light in the workshop.

Try setting up a central ground strip if this has not already been done.
To this, Connect the incoming service ground, all shields and any other grounded systems, also if this is a tower or desktop PC, connect the 5v common PP pins to the ground plate.
For any system or power supply that is referenced to ground, use the respective power supply common connection for a return, do not use a ground conductor as a return path.
