Sure that is absolutely possible. I use a lot of Renishaw probe systems. They are very accurate. I just put a less expensive touch off on my VMC that has the accuracy of .005mm. The TS27R.

I'd like to have an information about technologies, methods and manufacturers for tool measurement devices accurate enough to provide the measurement of mills with diameter 0.01 mm.
Is it possible?

We offer a tool measurement system which operates optically and can measure tool size very quickly (<1 sec). Accuracy for the TVS-A sensor is ~0.15mm and we have a "B" version in work which will measure tools optically down to ~5 microns and will do it in <1 second.
