Heidenhain iTNC530 First StartUp

Dear Colleagues!

I 've got a problem with the first start up of the machine with iTNC 530. After setting Feature Level Control by "SIK" code a have a message "A service pack was additional installed on this control" and no further reaction (Main Power ON switch does not work). Could you advice anything?
