Looking for a Bandit Control. Rigger dropped mine off truck! I'm retired machinist and grew up with this control. Too old to change. Too much damage to consider repair.
Thanks,

To old to change? In the case of a Bandit, that's like being in too much pain to take a pain reliever![]()
You may not have heard of 'The Shadow', but that is a relatively modern version of the old Bandit. Its not 100% interchangeable with Bandit code, but close. I think rad comp doesn't work as well with the Shadow as the Bandit, not sure if you used that a lot. They also incorporated standard work shifts in the Shadow, so that means that the G58 save position command is no longer available.
The Shadow is available from Control solutions in Bozeman. One thing it has is 10000 line memory compared to the Bandit's 1000 'word' memory.
The reason I'm suggesting this, is that perhaps an old restored and working Bandit might be quite expensive to come by.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.
