has any one used dnc software? i have downloaded it and i cant get it to talk to my rye3024mg cnc i have a cc100 contoller and when i connect my laptop to thr machine via a usb to 25pin data cable im getting a DEVICE NOT READY warning! does any one know how i can get rid of it??

DEVICE NOT READY means that there's no communication between the laptop and machine. Check your cable configuration, transfer parameters including the comunication port on your laptop. The USB port has to be assigned to a COM1 or COM2 port.
