    SINUMERIK SUBROUTINES

Has anyone had experience with subroutines on a Sinumerik 840C? I'm not clear on where the subs will need to be. Do I put them in the body of the main program or do they reside in the contol memory in a separate file?

Thanks, gridley51. I found the manual last week and it does give the format for subroutines but not much else. I will try inserting the subs at the top of the main program.
