Getting a 071 alarm,

I'm working on a Hardinge Conquest 42 lathe, with a GE Fanuc series O-T control. I'm trying to send a program from my computer to my machine, but every time I do I get this 071 Alarm. The 071 alarm means "Search address or program is not found" but I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help??
