Help Needed Adding a Third Axis to Techno Inc Controller

I have a 2 axis slide assembly from Techno Inc using their Voyageur slides and a 4 axis MP Servo Controller (H26T56-MPSRV-4S). I want to add z-axis cabability possibly using Servo Cylinders similar to the Yamaha YMS since we were told by Techno Inc that their servos were too large for this task. What I wanted to know, as someone who is new to the CNC building world, is whether there is another company's servo linear actuators that can be controlled using the extra slots on our Techno Inc MP servo controller. Any assistance in answering this question would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
