    Jerky Movement - Syil X3 Mach 3

    Hello,
I had my X3 machine all set up using mach3. Things were nice for one day. Then after several reinstalls and unit resets things are back to normal. Now, when I run a cnc program, the machine moves in bursts, not smooth movements. Is there some sort of command duration or movement thing that is out of whack? It moves about 2mm then stops, then 2mm then stops. My z is considerably slower than the x and y. All the motor tuning values are the same.

    Frustrated Newbe,
    Joe

I would call Richard at Syil America right away. I had the same problem when I got my SX3. One of the circuit boards went bad during shipping. I had a new one from Richard in 2 days and it fixed my problem.
