Cincinnati Arrow 500 and Lancer 1250 Program Storage

Hello everyone.

We have a Cinncinati Arrow 500 and Lancer 1250. Both use the A2100 controls.

Would anyone happen to know if there is a way to transfer all of the programs out to a floppy disk?

Where are the files located on the hard drive? In what fiile? We do have service access to the control.

Our Lancer is clean but the Arrow has hundreds of programs in the control and the only way I can see to back them up right now is to do one at a time using the controls TRANSFER function.

Can you take a picture of the control unit (the inside of the electric and electronic box in the near of machine)??

Sure. I'll post that pic sometime this week. (Have to shut her down to get the back door open.)

I'll answer my own question for those who may need help with program storage on the A2100 control.

If you have service access, you can backup all data in c:\mustang\user\data

The PGM files are your programs, and they have wierd names.
Make sure you also backup prgncdir.fil, this file translates the wierd file names to the names you saved your programs as in the A2100 software.
