    Question CNC machine monitoring

Has anyone ever ran any machine monitoring software? If so which one and what did you think of it. Such as Predator MDC, CIMNET's Factelligence, e-Monitor, etc.. I would like to track downtime, cycle time, % speed and feed , rework, quality, and etc.. Thanks

    Hi,

Have you seen CIMCO Denmark's Product called MDC ?
It tracks the cycle time, down time reasons, Alarm state, & calculates OEE.
I offer such services. My e-mail Id is digitech.engineers@gmail.com
