    Adding extra work areas

I'm working with CMS's PK4816 CNC, it's being used to trim plastic parts for buses and such. There are two work areas, the table is split into 1-left side, 2-right side, and 3-alternating. The problem is that the parts we normally trim don't nearly take up half of the table...Is there any possible way to split each side in half again (to make 4 work areas)? So far the only way I've been able to put 4 parts on at once is to add one program to end of another program...very impractical and time consuming. This machine has a OSAI type s10/565 controller I'm not sure if it's possible without ordering completely new software for the CNC, however right now that may also be an option

    any ideas?

    Not going to happen

I called up the CMS people and they said they could add the extra two work zones for about 15 grand...not quite worth it for the company right now
