Just wondering if anyone could help me in getting a 16 bit program onto a 64bit computer. I have ezpath for a ezpath sd ii on computer disks and they are 16 bit. For some reason I can not get them to load onto my xp system that is 64 bit. At this time I am guessing that I will have to get a new tower that is 16 bit.

Try VirtualPC and install an OS that you know that it will run in.
