    Error Axes Drive Fault on CHNC I

    Hi!

    Do you Know what I need do with the CHNC I error Axes Drive Fault

    Axes Not Enabled
    Axes Drive Fault

    error 6011

    I Cheched the Tachometer and this is ok!

    I have a problem in this moment in X drive

    I clean the four bruches of servo, this had too dirty
    I don't know what more need do.

    can you advise me?

    the machine had z and x drive.

    The drive will not enable because it has a fault and is not giving the cnc control the "drive healthy" signal.
    When you look at the axis drives can you see what make they are and is there any red lights on them?

    yes, the red light is present, the machine turn on (singing) for 5 to 10 second and the red ligth turn on.

    I fixed it, the problem was in the motor X, this had burned the brushes area.

    I replace the motor and now is working perfectly.
