    programmer wages

I have been in the injection mold manufacturing field for 12 years, setting up and running fadal vmc's for 10 years, and using Surfacam 3d machining software for the past 7 years. Currently, I make $18.50 an hour. Am I being underpaid?

I am in the injection mold making field for 21 years now and I program and run a Five axis machine using Delcam products, I would say your hugely underpaid.

I agree with blowme... It largely depends on the area where you work. But to me, that sounds like underpaid big time even for the "cheap" areas in the U.S.
It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....

The best way to learn is trial error.
