NCStudio - z axis limit error

hello, can someone please help.

i have installed NCStudio V8 and i pressed the calibration button which is supposed to automatically calibrate all axis.

the z axis number just kept going up and up and now the software wont let me do anything because there is a red flashing saying "z axis limit error"

what can i do please?

i fixed this problem by disabling the mechanical limits and then i was able to hit the reset axis button
