Help Drilling on Prototrak SM

Hello, I'm new here, recently we adquiere a CNC Prototrak SM, we use this machine only for drilling acrylic but, we make almost 2000 drills on a unique acrylic it takes long time introduce this qty of data (X and Y coordinates) manually so, I want to know how introduce this data with some software, I only have a Excel table with X and Y coordinates.
