okuma osp 700m

need help my okuma osp 700m is frozen.
the atc operation not responding.
I try to shut down reset etc.
but nothing fix my problem.
help me please!

Do you get any alarms or error messages?
If so, please post full text of the message.
Note that some conditions require that you wait approx 3 minutes for the status alarm to come up as the machine will wait for a condition to be met and will not alarm out straight away.
Basically we need more information from you.
