You are very fortunate, the alarm is not serious.
EX 2322 is REQ Chuck motion. This is asking you to open and close the chuck so the control can verify the proximity switches on the end of the spindle.
It`s just part of the start up procedure.

Start up on these machines is:-

Jog axis away from reference points.
    Ref X
    Ref Z
Ref turret by pressing turret forward and reverse buttons simultaneously.
    If tailstock is fitted:-
Swing tailstock in and extend quill.
Retract quill and swing tailstock back.
    Open and close chuck.
    Start earning money.

Have you got an email address?
Ask Murata if they can do a Service Manual for the WSC6.The one I have is for an OTB control but it will be ok for you.The only number I can find on it is 8801-38-100.
MAG Group should be able to supply one too,but be careful as they are well known for supplying the wrong thing.

    Thumbs up

    Thank you Mark,

Your advice is very useful for me...
Now, I understand why the machine couldn't run..
But, the machine still have a problem during tool changer cycle. While running a program after toolchanger cycle the spindle was stop and the program was hold. It need to push start cycle again to continue the program,
    What's wrong with the machine..?
