DNC (CNCnet) Trouble w/ Fanuc 11M

I'm getting a RS 824 Buffer Overflow (1) alarm on my Fanuc 11M controller when I am trying to send a program with 59 lines. It sends about 28 1/2 lines before the alarm shows. I'm using CNCnet DNC 8.4 software to send and receive programs.

RS 824 = Data exceeding 10 characters were received after sending the stop code (DC3) when the NC receives data by reader/puncher interface 1.

CNCnet Settings
Baud: 4800
Data Bits: 7
Stop Bits: 2
Xon/Xoff : not checked
Wait for first XON: not checked
RTS/CTS: not checked
7 Bit Mask: not checked

The Com port settings on the laptop are setup the same as CNCnet.
I have tried what seems to be is every combo possible that I can do in CNCnet.

Any help would be much appreciated.
