CNC Control wil not turn on

Mori Seiki SL-15 2-Axes (lathe) Fanuc 16 1997

After I have turned on the main switch everything is ok, hydraulic and fan motors are starting.
When I turn on the control, one contactor (I dont know the English word) in the main cabinet is turned on. But Screen is black also the panel (no lights). I have found three green fuses and they are ok, auto fuses are also ok.
I really hope that somebody can help me.

What does the led display on the main board? And contactor is the correct word
