takumi v10 ah help

hi there. started at new shop last week and trying to figure out their takumi v10. Has a fanuc control and i am trying to set my tool offsets. Shop has a haas with fanuc as well and setting tools there is not a problem but i cant get this takumi to set tools. keeps inputing the relative number in my tool offset. What am i doing wrong??

fanuc controller is a series 18-m if that makes a difference??
