CIMCO V5 TO MACHINES USING MOXA

I have installed Cimco in a computer where I usually have programs and transfer to my HAAS machines using MasterCam 9.1 And I have also attached a Moxa device to transfer programs from HAAS to computers and vice versa. I have mirror all the communication settings in the machine and in my computers and still cant send any programs. I use same settings on a different computer with same moxa device and it work, the only difference is that in the computer that work cimco was not activated. Any ideas on how I can make this work and transfer programs from machine to computers using Cimco and a moxa wired device?

Which MOXA device is connected ? & How ?
You need to map the COM port of MOXA, with CIMCO Software.
