    Heidenhain iTNC530

    Good morning all..
Have a small problem..I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
I have an alarm coming up, Z axis too deep during BLUM cycle
This started coming up after a crash. Also, the X axis is out of position by about 1MM..Any ideas?
    Thanks!

First of all. You have to tell much more about the crash.
Whitch axis did crash? What kind of machine you have?
Are these too problems the only problems?
What is the measuring system on Z-axis?
    What control do you have?
Anyway with this info that we have now I guess that the clutch between Z-axis motor and ballscrew has rotated "away" when crash happened.

    Jukka
