I'm sure you do it with a macro, but by the time you get done dinking with it, you probably could have machined the parts and shipped them.
Hi all
I'm building up a program where I have to turn our rotary table 15 degrees 24 times, and everytime I have to do some milling/drilling.
Controller is Fanuc MXP-200i
I thought about building up the program something like this:
o0001
T1 M6
M28
G0 X0 Y0 A0
M27
G43 H1 Z60
M98 P0002 drilling/milling etc.
M28
G0 A15
M27
M98 P0002 drilling
M28
G0 A30
M27
.......
A45
.....
A60
......
Then do the same with T2, T3 T4 etc....
But isn't there an easier way of doing it?
Like some custom macro with the WHILE, IF, GOTO expressions?
I'm just not so familiar with that kind of programming yet, so maybe you could give me some nudges in the right way ;-)
