    ip/tcp vs. com communication

I'm setting up about 20 machines for WLAN comms. Using Comtrol Devicemaster Air WLAN boxes. Does anybody know which format I should use ip/tcp or com? And I'm not using any DNC software. Thanks!

    Comtrol Device Master

A mill I just purchased has one of these units on it. I'm trying to get it going now. If you've found any hints or tricks please let me know. If I find any I'll be sure to post them.
