I'm the Information Technologist for my shop and have recently placed a MAZAK QT turning center with Mazatrol 640T controller on our ethernet LAN. The machinist at this device now can load files directly from our fileservers into the 640T. Problem is, he cannot save files back to the server - instead receiving an 579 Alarm. The problem appears to be with the controller and not with our servers. The manual says to set parameter I60 = 1, but neither the machinist nor I can find parameter I60. As I stated above, downloading from the server is no problem. Any ideas?
