    Can Download but Not Upload??

First of all, this is an ancient Makino machine running on a Fanuc 10M controller. Approximately a year and a half ago, I was able to both successfully upload and download programs via ConnectCNC. However, we have a new laptop that we are trying to install the ConnectCNC on and no longer have the old laptop to look at the settings. We can transfer programs FROM the machine but have no luck with transfering TO the machine. There are no error codes or anything ---- the LCD just sits there waiting for info to be transmitted. I have the sneaking suspicion that there is a setting that I don't have set correctly but I don't understand how I can download yet not upload. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks!
