What type of CAD Routers do you use and what software do you run?

I ran a Multicam 3000 with EnRoute 3 and had to sell it. Now I'm looking for flexible and robust software to run a new router I want to build/buy. At first we'd only absolutely need 2.5D toolpathing, but when we upgraded to 4 or 5 axis, we'd want true 3D capability.
