Acramatic 850 TC?

Hello,
I have a cin. lathe with an Acramatic 850 TC, When I power it up the only message that I can find is the bottom of the screen says "power restart".
How do I clear that? Also how do I get the drives and the hydralics to start?
I am still trying to find an operator manual.
