Bandit Control

Ok if I bought a good used mill with a Bandit on it, how much could I salvage?
What about the motors? Are they servos? I assume they are. So anyone know the specs?

Would I be better off just trashing the whole mess and start with fresh servos and Gecko 320's or 340's
