Is there any software that enables you to set up a microscope/video and you can point and click on an XY matrix to find dimensions? I would have to brush up big time on my code maybe C++ or visual basic if I wanted to start something like this. I was thinking about turning my XY table into a sort of measuring device. I could setup a microscope at a predetermined height. Something along the lines of a comparator where I could get a detailed outline of my part to take measurements off of. It would show up on my program and I could click different features to find linear and arc measurements.    |
