I'm new to cnc turning and i'm learning as I go. The trouble is,how to set the X offset for a boring bar when the thing is fed from the back of the m/c and the cutting edge is on the wrong side so to speak and upside down??  |

| Run the spindle backwards, cut or touch off on the negative side of the part, and set that as negateive whatever your diameter is. |
