I'm working on a Toyoda HMC with a pair of Sany Denki drives for the magazine and the ATC arm. The one for the magazine has come up with a warning that states "the ON/OFF cycles in the Non-Volatile Memory have reached a 4000 cycle limit, replace the drive, and you will now have another 10,000 cycles as a limit". As silly as it sounds, replacing the drive does work, but I'm thinking there may be a way to replace the memory and save this other drive. It's alot cheaper than replcing the drive at $3000! Does anyone have any ideas as to what form this memory appears as on the board? Thanks in advance, Rick. |
