BOSS DX32 Control...Mentors

DX32 Mentors/Gurus:

When I create a program from the "SET UP" screen using [F6] EDIT, I have been unable to "SAVE" the program, using the "+" for "SAVE and LOAD" or "Y" "SAVE AS NEW FILE". How do I save the "Program"? It disappeared. Where did it go? Can it be recalled? Also, when I go back to the "EDIT" screen, to rewrite the program, using the "G Code Prompt Mode", the sequence numbers (i.e. N160) begin where they left off on the previous program, they do not reset and start at N100. How is this reset, without rebooting the system? Again, Many Thanks for your help!
