Need Help!- Harrison Alpha 400T

Hi All

I'm really hoping someone out there can help me with this lathe problem

I have a Harrison Alpha 400T lathe.
An error comes up on the keypad = PLC not responding (02:FE)
This has effectively put my whole business on hold and I'm not getting a whole lot of support from my supplier.

Wondering if anyone out there has seen this before?

Dear Spence,

We have a Alpha 400S that had control issues. We too had difficulty with our distributor but were able to get help by contacting the 600 group in the U.K. They helped us get our machine back up and running. I'd contact their support group though they seem to be under staffed, I believe that they will help you get back on line.

I'm in contact with the 600 group here in Aus who are supposedly emailing their counterparts in the UK - maybe worth a try to talk to them direct
