| CNC Lathe Just got a small Hardinge CNC lathe. I have a few manual lathes so this is my first attempt at a cnc lathe. The lathe came with the computer and monitor. The CPU has windows 3.1, and I can't find anything the resembles some sort of machine software. It it posible to upgrade to a newer CPU, newer OS, and use something like Mach 3? |

| yes, but your going to have to rewire everything, so on and so forth, other people will surly chime in with more info on that. Just curious, is there any names on any of the equiptment and or hardware for the CNC retro? Windows 3.1 has to be an old system. The only one I know of that old is Ahha and they are out of business. |
