Need Help!- Cincinnati Acramatic A950 Help

Hi Everyone.
We just acquired a Cincinnati with A950 controller. We performed the Laser Calibration and found that the pitch error is above our tolerances. Therefore we need to use the controller to compensate the error. I understand that the A950 parameter is protected with password. Can anyone please let me know the password as we bought in this used machine (as it is) without the service manual.

Please help in the password to overwrite the compensation parameter. Cheers.

try useing the word service as the password
you may also have to turn on the service switch in the cabnet
if the password has not ben reset this should work

Thanks for great help darrel l, I will try to use the password after new year day. I also wonder the service switch behind, heard before the A850 series got the switch, but not sure about the A950. Will look on it..
