Hi all, I am helping out a friend who has a EmcoTurn CNC lathe with a Fanuc OT control. He wants to know if it can be programmed from windows98. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.  |

| By programmed, do you mean transfer programs from PC to Control? If so Hyperterminal works, but it is a PIA compared to Terminal that came with Win3.1, if you can get hold of a copy, it runs on later Windows. If you want details on cables etc, do a search either in the Fanuc forum or communications for RS232 etc, there must be hundreds of posts. Al.
