I have a Harrison Alpha 1400s with the Fanuc 21iT control. recently I have been getting an alarm code 366 Z axis pulse missing. What should I look at at? The alarm is getting more prevalent and the lathe is close to being unusable now |

| My response is not sepcific to Fanuc 21it, but within the context of the alarm information provided, sounds like you having feedback signal trouble on the z-axis. Check the field device, encoder or ?, and signal wire back to drive/controller. Again, generic response, hope it helps. Maybe someone with more direct knowledge for specific help with '366' and the Fanuc architecture, type of encoder and where the feedback signal terminates will chime in. Good luck. |
