Hi Al. Hardinge has a new and improved drilling cycle. I'm sure you will like it better than the 9165 program. Old program required you to modify the H to get the desired depth of 1st pass. New one allows you to directly specify it. Also allows for parts that already have a counter bore or have already been drilled part way with a larger drill, or were roughed in another operation, etc.

Difference is W is the amount of the 1st peck. Z is the starting point for drilling.

I've mentioned this program on a couple threads. Only had one person respond. He never replied after I gave the subprogram to him, so I don't know if he liked it or if he could even use it on his control.

I use this subprogram on all our Fanuc controlled lathes. Would you be interested in it?
